Motivated by a dearth of honesty and integrity in America’s political and economic systems, The Universal Church of Freedom, Acceptance and Love has decided it is time to speak up and take a stand.
We are not anti-wealth. We are anti-greed.
We are not anti-capitalism. We are anti-corruption.
We are not against a free market economy so long as it involves fair trade.
From 2009 to 2010 the median household income fell 2.3%.* In that same time the number of millionaires rose 8%.** If the middle class continues to disappear, America will become a third-world country.

A big part of the problems we face as a society are that we have limited choices. When I was younger every city had a different feel. Our country had regional flavors. The South and the North were different as were the East and the West. Taking a vacation meant going to a place you had never been to see what it is like, experience how it was different.
Today every city is exactly the same. They all have the same stores to shop in, the same restaurants to dine in, and the same bars to party in. The convenience of franchising has robbed this country of its regional uniqueness.
Every street looks the same, the food all tastes the same, we all dress the same and other than a couple of regional dialects we all talk the same.
We have no one to blame but ourselves. We have given into the allure of cheap prices and the convenience of franchising our lives.
Part of the problem, of course, is our government. They allow big corporations to buy up the competition and create huge monopolies. In a Capitalist Economic System a free market dictates the need for fair trade.
One thing we can all do to help is to use our purchasing power to help our local economies. The way we do this is to buy from local stores and businesses and to move our money out of the large banks and open new accounts in local banks and credit unions.
It is not always possible to use local businesses so when we must go to the large franchises we can at least buy from those with a social consceince.
WORLD BETTER SHOPPER is a great site to find better places to spend our money.
It is so hard to buy American anymore but here is a site that might help Buy American

If you want to make a difference and help change our laws you have to be registered to vote first. You might feel as though your vote does not count but if you aren't even registered then your voice doesn't count either.
The only way to defeat BIG BUSINESS is to vote the politicians they bought out of office. Everyone need to get registered to vote, and then go vote. One vote might not count but all of our votes together will be a force to be reckoned with.

Gary Brumback, has written a book that discusses what is going on in America. We would like to encourage everyone to get a copy of The Devil's Marriage either at your local library or online. It is available to order as well as download.
The central theme of the Devil's Marriage is that Americans are governed by an undemocratic and powerful corpocracy, a marriage between corporations and their three captive branches of government that advances corporate and political self interests at a terrible cost to the American public; that current efforts to end the corpocracy are totally inadequate; and that the only civil and lawful way to end it is to organize and unleash a “two-fisted democracy power,” figuratively speaking, that leads to political, legislative, judicial, and economic reforms backed up by massive political pressure.
To learn more about what unleashing two-fisted democracy power means go to this website: www.uschamberofdemocracy.com. The book is available at on-line retailers such as amazon.com or from the publisher by going to: www.authorhouse.com and search for Gary Brumback.
Dr. Gary Brumback, and his wife, Doris, have lived in Palm Coast for 16 years. He is a retired organizational psychologist and elected Fellow of The American Psychological Association and The Association for Psychological Science. He is the author of other books and many book reviews, journal articles, and commentaries. He spent nearly a decade doing the research for and the writing of The Devil’s Marriage. It is his firm belief that every truly patriotic (i.e., “my country do right and no wrong”) and concerned American should read the book and has thus been asking many libraries to order the book so that it can be made freely available to as many people as possible.
